How long we keep it

Enquiries and contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Live song requests are associated with a specific event and can be archived when that event ends. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We do not share enquiry details publicly. Information stays on this website’s local system unless you ask us to follow up by email or phone. Optional Facebook Event links are public Facebook URLs you choose to publish.
